This is the 3rd, and first STABLE release of ColumnLynx.

It mainly fixes some general bugs and updates the config process.
The Windows version will require you to locate these DLLs:
```
libgcc_s_seh-1.dll (On System)
libstdc++-6.dll (On System)
libwinpthread-1.dll (On System)
wintun.dll (Downloadable)
```
Provided below are the Linux, Windows, and macOS (Apple Silicon) client/server binaries (+ DLLs), Licenses and the README.md file.
