  This is the 4th release of ColumnLynx.

  It updates the protocol to Version 2, which modifies the UDP headers to be more space-efficient, and modifies nonce calculation to be faster, resulting in higher total throughput.
  This release is BREAKING, and will NOT work with earlier releases that use protocol Version 1.

  Provided below are the Linux, Windows, and macOS (Apple Silicon) client/server binaries (+ DLLs), Licenses and the README.md file.
